What is Custom Shape Inserts?

The assortment of protective and internal green packaging options we offer continues to grow as we identify new materials that can be easily and inexpensively customized to fit a wide selection of products and applications.

 

The price can be minimized more when the inserts are designed to fit into our present stock boxes to prevent extra tooling (safety or cutting die) costs.

The photo above shows a great sampling of some of the most popular insert variations we provide. From left to right, they're:

Soft polyurethane form foam pads for maximum cushioning

Molded pulp for maximum"Eco-obvious" rating along with great product retention

Rigid foam panels including biodegradable versions for temperature control (shippable cooler) software

Removable die cut corrugated insert for maximum flexibility (different products, different inserts, all shipping at the same box)

Constructed in corrugated insert to save time, and eliminate packaging sku's when just one shape and size of product is being shipped
